<p>The diet program is based on getting 100% proper nutrition, from eating normal foods and also getting the appropriate amount of calories daily. After the 11-days are up, there are 3 days when you can eat what you like &#8211; there are no forbidden foods during this period. <li>Avoid skipping break-fast: throughout the night, your metabolism was low cause your body was at rest. Protein is the building block of life, unfortunately it is lacking in most diet.<br />
First, it requires more energy  (calories) to digest protein than anything else .The body needs energy to digest food, and protein takes a lot. So eating protein, boost your metabolic rate just a bit more.<br />
Second, it makes you feel full for a while and making you demand for food less. Remember the last time you had steak and it got you pretty full by the end. You will surely do well to get protein at every meal.</p>
<p>Lastly, protein helps build and maintain lean muscle mass, which is extremely important when trying to lose fat. The more muscle you build, the better  your metabolism because your body needs to  burn more fat (calories) to sustain the muscles.</p>
